Going Nowhere
A huge part of Tom’s Cottage charm is having the idyllic space in which to switch-off. One thing quickly leads to another and very soon everybody’s chipper.
Down-town is easy here, from relaxing in the garden to all-together games around a table. Of course, there’s super-duper Wi-Fi for streaming a movie or an hours work in the den, but we can entertain you in altogether more rustic ways!
From the array of books and both indoor and outdoor games, to taking a stroll up the entrance lane, Tom’s Cottage will seep under your skin and work its magic…

Order in some provisions from Fee’s Food, if you fancy it book a visit from Cornwall Home Spa and find a spot in the garden.
Get ready: to walk
We’ve put together some no-drive walks for those moments when stretching one’s legs is in order, but the thought of getting in a car is just too much – check out our Walking page.
We are surrounded with a beautiful network of country roads and there’s cut-through footpaths quite close-by. OS Explorer maps 106, 109 and 111 will prove invaluable (copies are provided in the den).
Go… cycling!
Many of our walks can be adapted for circular family bike rides on country roads. These and some longer ones are on our Cycling page.
The ¼ mile entrance lane is perfect for little-people establishing their pedal power, but please ensure everybody keeps an ear tuned for occasional traffic (like the postman).

Holiday Hamper
- Fee’s Food: deli delivery (Port Isaac and Rock) Chilled produce, bakery items and provisions; along with handmade oven ready meals; delivered direct to Tom’s Cottage doorstep. Available Tuesday – Saturday, orders need to be made by 12 noon the previous day (cutting it a bit fine in high season we’d suggest) or up to 6 months in advance. Order direct with Fee’s Food.
